Once you purchase a plan or subscription you will receive an email from us about the specific requirements of your project. From there we will commence the service and complete it based on a plan that has been agreed upon with you. 

Once the website is complete we will create you an administrative account that will send you an email to reset your password. You will then have full access to your website. If you purchased a management or hosting subscription then we will help take care of content and security updates. 

Results from SEO (Search Engine Optimization) takes time and there are a few factors that can impact how quickly you may see results: 

1. Initial Results: 1-3 Months

For newly optimized sites, you might start to see improvements in organic rankings and traffic within the first one to three months, but these are usually minor changes.

2. Moderate Results: 3-6 Months

You may begin to see more significant improvements in rankings and traffic. For some websites and keywords, this might be the point where you start ranking on the first page of search results, especially for long-tail keywords.

3. Significant Results: 6-12 Months

If SEO is done correctly and consistently, most websites will experience substantial improvements in rankings and traffic within six to twelve months. The results tend to grow progressively over time.

4. Ongoing Maintenance: 12+ Months

SEO is not a one-time effort; it requires ongoing work. After the first year, continued SEO efforts can help sustain and further improve rankings and traffic.

Full refunds are available within the first three days of purchase, however if we have confirmed your website or service commencement then only a partial refund will be available. See our refund policy for more information before purchasing.

Of course! We can provide management/content creation, hosting migration, and SEO services for all kinds of websites! We have worked with clients who have had existing Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, and other website creation tools.

Due to security concerns we are unable to provide you with access to the cPanel if you purchase a hosting subscription with us. However if you require any changes to be made or would like to access your file manager you may contact us and we can help you out! This may change in the future as we improve our systems. 

Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account dashboard. Please be aware however that your service will cease to function after the expiry date.
